Client Acquisition Team Lead - Americas, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Personally originate and close complex, multi-year fintech deals within the GlobalLINK Suite of platforms
• Recruit top-tier fintech sales talent and establish a high-performance sales culture across North America
• Lead competitive takeouts of incumbent FX, FX settlement, and MMF trading platforms
• Implement structured pipeline discipline, forecasting rigor, and strategic deal qualification
• Execute regional go-to-market strategies and partner with Product teams to refine competitive differentiation
• Maintain executive-level engagement with Heads of Trading, Traders, Treasury Professionals, and COOs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of institutional trading workflows (FX, Money Market Funds, and/or fixed income)
• Proven track record of materially exceeding new business and revenue targets
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling sales teams across the Americas
• Strong executive presence and negotiation capability
• High level of urgency, resilience, and performance intensity
