Client Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm leads and prospective clients
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into registered, funded trading accounts
• Guide prospects through the account opening, KYC verification, and initial deposit process
• Explain products, account types, and trading platforms (MT4, MT5, MultiBank-Plus) clearly
• Re-engage unconverted and dormant leads to maximize pipeline conversion
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs regarding calls, openings, and deposits
• Maintain accurate CRM records by logging all interactions and pipeline stages
• Adhere to the Group's sales processes, compliance rules, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Confident and persuasive phone manner
• Resilience to thrive in a high-volume sales environment
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales within forex/CFD brokers, banking, insurance, or telesales
• Proven track record of hitting conversion or sales targets
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, or basic trading concepts
• Proficiency in additional languages
