Responsibilities
- Assisting property managers and branches with queries
- Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts
- Understanding and explaining ledger transactions to support queries for landlords
- Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees
- Timely completion of any required reporting
- Supporting the team across other tasks where required
Requirements
- High levels of numerical competency
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with property managers and branch staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a property or client accounting related role
- Solutions focused mindset
- Understanding of the residential lettings sector
- Previous experience using Reapit
