Responsibilities

  • Assisting property managers and branches with queries
  • Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts
  • Understanding and explaining ledger transactions to support queries for landlords
  • Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees
  • Timely completion of any required reporting
  • Supporting the team across other tasks where required

Requirements

  • High levels of numerical competency
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with property managers and branch staff
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a property or client accounting related role
  • Solutions focused mindset
  • Understanding of the residential lettings sector
  • Previous experience using Reapit
