About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service through proactive contact and prompt responses to ensure retention and loyalty
- Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution via phone, email, and chat
- Oversee accurate maintenance of client records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify and act on exceptions
- Partner with accounting, cash operations, and IT departments to ensure accurate financial transactions and data processing
- Identify, document, and review processes to enhance program efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to address systemic issues and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, philanthropic industry, or trust administration preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business ethics and personal integrity
