Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client servicing and provide high-quality integration for wealth management clients
• Act as the primary point of entry for processing client orders, including stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• Perform account maintenance tasks such as account opening/closing, suitability reviews, and KYC/due diligence
• Research and resolve client inquiries and problems through professional interaction with clients and internal partners
• Support client advisors with administrative, legal, and compliance-related duties
• Mitigate operational risks and proactively raise red flags or concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience in wealth management or relevant commercial roles within the financial services industry
• Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications
• Strong knowledge of DIFC regulations
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to show situational awareness and initiative
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Client Account Manager (CAM)
• Exposure to the NRI (Non-Resident Indian) market
