Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of entry for processing client orders, including stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• Serve as the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative tasks for clients
• Perform account maintenance and client-related processes such as account opening/closing, suitability reviews, and KYC/due diligence
• Research and resolve client inquiries and problems through professional interaction with clients and internal partners
• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional service and managing administrative, risk, legal, and compliance duties

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial services, ideally within a client-facing or commercial role
• Solid comprehension of financial products including deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to show situational awareness and initiative
• Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills
• Professional level proficiency in both English and Russian (oral and written)
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
