Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in managing comprehensive and complex client books within the APAC region
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Execute daily transaction processing and perform complex troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain professional contact with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Comply with all internal regulations, policies, and standards to contribute to an effective risk culture
• Collaborate closely with Client Advisors to support clients and prospective clients

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Private Banker or Relationship Manager Assistant
• Valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 required for licensing
• Thorough understanding of Wealth Management processes and tools
• Experience managing complex client relationships, including Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals
• Business level fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured lending documentation, covenants, and other legal terms
• Proficiency in other Asian languages to better serve a diverse client base
