Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in managing comprehensive and complex GFO client books
• Assist in credit and structured lending matters, including credit analysis to support the lending book
• Assist with corporate action matters and daily transaction processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Perform complex troubleshooting and manage communications with internal and external clients
• Comply with all regulations, policies, and standards to contribute to an effective risk culture

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant
• Valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 required for licensing
• Proficiency in using complex Excel worksheets
• Experience managing complex client relationships, specifically with UHNW or Family Office clients
• Thorough understanding of Wealth Management processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured lending documentation, covenants, and legal terms
• Business level fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, or other Asian languages
