Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in the Greater China desk to deliver exceptional client service and experience
• Act as the point-of-entry contact for client queries, including account inquiries, stock orders, and payments
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities
• Prepare documentation for client meetings and investment proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager, preferably within private banking or operations
• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 required for licensing
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational, communication, and ability to work accurately under pressure
