Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and initial campaign creation via Business Manager
• Manage technical foundations including pixel, CAPI, MMP, and measurement implementation
• Analyze campaign performance and implement Test & Learn roadmaps
• Identify upsell and revenue scaling opportunities through ROI demonstration
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical and performance issues
• Prepare clients for graduation to the Same Store Growth team
• Articulate complex data stories through meetings and presentations
• Upskill advertisers on Reddit Pro and organic best practices

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning
• Background in digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Expertise in Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking, and mobile measurement partners
• Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel
• Strong technical acumen regarding signal implementation
