Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and Fortune 500 clients
• Lead and execute campaign launches and deliver insightful optimizations
• Manage internal account operations including revenue delivery and troubleshooting
• Educate brands and media agencies on value propositions and best practices
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives to craft media plans
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
• Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap using client feedback
• Mentor and train other team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
• Tech client experience preferred
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
