Client Account Manager - International Clients

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of entry for processing client orders, including stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• Act as the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative tasks for international clients
• Manage daily client transactions and perform troubleshooting for inquiries
• Execute account maintenance tasks such as account opening/closing, suitability reviews, and KYC/due diligence processes
• Research and resolve client inquiries through effective interaction with clients and internal partners
• Support client advisors with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance-related duties
• Participate in client meetings alongside client advisors to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial services, ideally within a client-facing or commercial role
• Possession of a relevant Level 3 qualification
• Solid comprehension of financial products including deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to show situational awareness and initiative
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience within a financial services environment
