Client Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and regular check-ins for client engagement
• Provide prompt support and facilitate communication between clients and technical teams
• Monitor client accounts to ensure service delivery and identify upselling opportunities
• Review and approve client invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with internal procurement, project, and service teams
• Work with VCIO to develop solutions based on business requirements
• Prepare and manage quotes for technical projects and deliver Strategic Business Reviews
• Use CRM and knowledge management tools for sales reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Manager
• Strong understanding of account management and customer service principles
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Technology leadership experience in Engineering, Design, Architecture, financial services, or healthcare firms
