Client Account Manager - Global Family and Institutional Wealth

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in managing complex Global Family Office (GFO) client books
• Assist with credit and structured lending matters, including credit analysis to support the lending book
• Assist in managing corporate action matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Perform daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
• Utilize complex Excel worksheets for data management and reporting
• Comply with all regulations, policies, and standards to contribute to an effective risk culture
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external clients

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Private Banker or Relationship Manager Assistant
• Valid CACS Papers 1 and 2
• Thorough understanding of Wealth Management processes and tools
• Experience managing complex client relationships, specifically with Family Offices or UHNW individuals
• Proficiency with complex Excel worksheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured lending documentation, covenants, and legal terms
• Business level fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, or other Asian languages
