Responsibilities

• Perform data entry in SAP, including verifying, scanning, and archiving CID paperwork for international transfers
• Track receiving and shipping errors for management review
• Track and archive 8130 forms created by Chicago ODARs
• Manage the scrapping of parts and the archiving of associated scrap paperwork
• Provide administrative support for Customer Service Representatives, including certification requests and part research
• Assist in training and providing supervision for temporary Quality Admins
• Perform audits of outbound shipments and provide documentation for AOG and Records Management
• Investigate SAP interface and CID issues

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience providing administrative or clerical support
• Technical or Vocational Training in office administration or a related field
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and web-based applications
• Basic understanding of certification paperwork and quality instructions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with various departments
