Clerk- Production Floor

Responsibilities

• Store, manage, and track company documents and project records
• Scan, image, and organize documents following company lifecycle procedures
• Control document retrieval and process Requests for Information (RFIs) via tracking logs
• Assist project managers with meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, and approvals
• Train employees on records management, including retention, retrieval, and destruction policies
• Assist with file migrations, audits, and preparing spool dossiers for customer review
• Maintain and verify lots for welders/line class prior to releasing spools for shipment
• Train weld loggers on data entry and NDE selection

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the field or a related area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
