Clerk, Pharmaceutical Service

Responsibilities

• Ensure medications, supplies, and medical devices for renal disease treatment comply with technical, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
• Apply company policies, quality manuals, procedures, and protocols within the legal and corporate framework.
• Monitor consumption levels and generate alerts for replenishment, overstock, or low-rotation products to ensure availability.
• Notify the team of adverse events, incidents, or quality failures related to medications and medical devices.
• Support the creation of management reports and assist in the implementation and follow-up of service improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable data records for all supplies and medications using designated tools.
• Safeguard and ensure the security of pharmaceutical service documents and products.

Requirements

• Técnico auxiliar de servicio farmacéutico.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Services regulations.
• Understanding of good storage and conservation practices for medical supplies and medications.
