Clerk - Offsite Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders
• Organize and store materials in designated locations to maintain order and accessibility
• Conduct routine audits of temperature control zones and periodic expiry date checks
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the BirchStreet system
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigations
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing processes
• Prepare and distribute warehouse activity reports to management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in hospitality or logistics
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and inventory controls
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with BirchStreet or similar warehouse management systems is an advantage
