Responsibilities

• Store, manage, and track company documents following lifecycle procedures
• Scan, image, and organize documents to control retrieval processes
• Receive and process Requests for Information (RFIs) and maintain tracking logs
• Create new RFI templates as procedures are updated
• Assist project managers with meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, and approvals
• Train employees on records management, including retention, retrieval, and destruction
• Assist with file migrations, audits, and preparing spool dossiers
• Maintain and verify lots for welders/line class prior to shipment
• Train weld loggers on data entry and NDE selection

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a field or related area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
