About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate correspondence processes, including managing tracking systems and reviewing materials for professionalism
- Support records and information management by maintaining programs in alignment with legislation and government standards
- Coordinate IPTA Review Board administration, including managing intake, processing applications, and coordinating hearings
- Provide senior administrative support for budget tracking, office operations, and committee coordination
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with high levels of discretion and sound judgment
Requirements
- 5 years of administrative experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with records management systems, tracking tools, or databases
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FOIPOP processes or privacy legislation
- Familiarity with records management standards (e.g., STAR/STOR)
- Experience supporting boards, committees, or quasi-judicial processes
- French language skills
