About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical, administrative, and coordination support to Facilities departments
- Process invoices, track expenses, reconcile credit card transactions, and create purchase requisitions
- Maintain office, uniform, and equipment inventories; order supplies and manage related requests
- Coordinate services such as pest control, carpet cleaning, catering, travel, and employee reimbursements
- Support meetings, training, reception coverage, project setup, and departmental communications
- Enter timekeeping, overtime, absence, and project updates in relevant systems
Requirements
- High School graduation and Business Training in Office Procedures and Practices
- Minimum 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Strong communication, customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with tact and discretion
