About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical, administrative, and coordination support to Facilities departments
  • Process invoices, track expenses, reconcile credit card transactions, and create purchase requisitions
  • Maintain office, uniform, and equipment inventories; order supplies and manage related requests
  • Coordinate services such as pest control, carpet cleaning, catering, travel, and employee reimbursements
  • Support meetings, training, reception coverage, project setup, and departmental communications
  • Enter timekeeping, overtime, absence, and project updates in relevant systems

Requirements

  • High School graduation and Business Training in Office Procedures and Practices
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Strong communication, customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with tact and discretion
