Clerical Assistant - Data Review

Responsibilities

• Review and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data
• Analyze documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Handle program inquiries via audio calls, emails, and chats
• Perform quality testing on new or updated technology
• Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets
• Maintain service levels while working independently or as part of a team
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent telephone manner, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new information and procedures
• Capability to work with minimal supervision within defined procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Practical understanding of quality control
• Practical experience in data review
