Clearing Relations Representative

Responsibilities

• Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries.
• Onboard new clients through the full lifecycle, including front-to-back clearing setup and documentation.
• Communicate market and regulatory changes and their specific impacts to clients.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and IT to ensure strategy meets client requirements.
• Undertake project work to improve client offerings, technology, and streamline clearing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges.
• Assess bespoke client requirements in the context of revenue, resources, and product agenda.

Requirements

• Understanding of the brokerage business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and risk compliance within a regulated environment.
• Experience with change and project management methodologies.
• Ability to perform data analytics using tools such as PowerBI, Python, or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with VBA in Microsoft Excel.
