Clearing Relations Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including KYC reviews and internal project management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient technical setup and go-live for new clients.
• Deliver front-to-back clearing setups and ensure clients have necessary access to exchanges and order routing platforms.
• Design and deliver innovative client solutions to support business retention and revenue growth.
• Communicate market and regulatory changes to clients and manage ongoing relationship KPIs.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and escalate risk events immediately to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and IT teams to align strategy with client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Strong product and business knowledge within a financial services context.
• Experience working within a regulated environment with a solid understanding of risk and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in problem escalation and methodical risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and prioritization abilities.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
