Clearing Relations Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including KYC reviews and preparing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient onboarding and front-to-back clearing setup.
• Assess bespoke client requirements against potential revenue, resource needs, and product roadmaps.
• Design and deliver innovative client solutions to drive business retention and revenue growth.
• Communicate market and regulatory changes to clients and manage their impact.
• Monitor and manage client KPIs, risk, and treasury issues.
• Streamline existing client clearing processes and undertake project work to improve technology and offerings.
• Conduct regular client reviews regarding revenue targets, growth opportunities, and relationship health.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Strong product and business knowledge within financial services.
• Experience working within a regulated environment with an understanding of risk and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in problem escalation and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and prioritization abilities.
• A methodical and diligent approach to critical decision-making.
