Clearing Operations Specialist, APAC (Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities

• Manage and control operational functions for SGX and Mainland China exchange clearing activities
• Ensure all intraday trades are allocated, cleared, and accepted in a timely manner
• Perform daily trade and position reconciliations to maintain accurate exchange open interest
• Monitor and issue T+1 margin calls to clients and report status to management
• Monitor daily regulatory reporting submissions to exchanges and regulators, including the CFMMC
• Maintain back-office clearing static data and assist Treasury with margin call payments
• Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Credit & Risk, Finance, and Compliance
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and ensure SOX compliance on daily and monthly control processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and other business areas
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Punctual, enthusiastic, flexible, and disciplined professional attitude

• Fresh graduates with relevant product knowledge are highly encouraged to apply
