Cleanroom Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technical operations in the manufacturing and processing of pharmaceutical medical devices
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Follow all Clean Room gowning, material handling, and safety procedures
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable manufacturing procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation for combo devices
• Meet daily production goals while building high-quality products and subassemblies to specification
• Inspect products for appearance and use gauges to ensure part accuracy
• Assist in training manufacturing personnel and participate in continuous improvement activities
• Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations in a timely manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing or production related experience
• Minimum of six (6) months of medical device related experience
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to demonstrate visual accuracy through company-approved programs
• Ability to read, write, and interpret technical specifications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and use measuring tools
