Cleanroom & Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleanroom and laboratory environments.
• Manage lab stock, consumables, and inventory to ensure availability for development projects.
• Oversee lab cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to ESD and 5S protocols.
• Track schedules and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of electronic and RF instruments.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and work with teams to drive root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
• Maintain current lab documentation in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Administer lab access and coordinate training on instrument handling and equipment procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience working in an electronics lab environment.
• Hands-on experience with electronic and RF lab equipment.
• Familiarity with mechanical lab tools, including 3D printers, hand tools, and precision measurement tools.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an R&D lab setting.
• Basic soldering or PCBA rework/repair certifications.
• Harnessing skills or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with 6S standards for lab organization.
