Cleanroom Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate avionics systems in a cleanroom environment
• Perform intricate assembly tasks using strong fine motor skills and dexterity
• Inspect products to ensure high-quality production and adherence to customer requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Comply with all safety rules and protocols within the manufacturing setting
• Record and report production data and analyze production reports
• Support 4th Shift hours, which include Monday/Friday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and Saturday/Sunday (10:00 PM – 10:00 AM)

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, cleanroom, or production environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to operate production machinery and tools effectively
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work 4th Shift hours and mandated overtime
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws

• Troubleshooting skills for production processes
• Ability to analyze and incorporate new information and concepts quickly
• Strong attention to detail and focus on key information
