Cleaning Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a frontline cleaning team of over 20 staff
• Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure quality control and service rotations
• Manage daily operations including staff rosters and timesheets
• Oversee stock levels and complete necessary orders
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure compliance with standards
• Perform general administrative tasks and track cleaning work through in-house systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning operations (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
• Demonstrated knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning techniques
• Ability to obtain or maintain a National Police clearance and a Blue Card
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
