About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a frontline cleaning team of over 20 staff
- Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure quality control and service rotations
- Manage daily operations including staff rosters and timesheets
- Oversee stock levels and complete necessary orders
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure compliance with standards
- Perform general administrative tasks and track cleaning work through in-house systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning operations (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
- Demonstrated knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning techniques
- Ability to obtain or maintain a National Police clearance and a Blue Card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
