Cleaning Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cleaning team of over 10 members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct cleaning inspections to maintain quality control and service rotations
• Manage site maintenance and ensure all cleaning conditions meet required standards
• Review stock levels and complete necessary orders
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure compliance standards are met
• Perform general administrative tasks and track cleaning work through in-house systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning operations (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
• Demonstrated knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning techniques
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Police clearance within 3 months of issue
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children Check
• Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative on the job
