About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a frontline cleaning team of over 10 members
- Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure quality control and service rotations
- Manage stock levels and complete necessary orders
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure compliance with standards
- Track cleaning work end-to-end using in-house systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning operations (domestic, commercial, or industrial)
- Demonstrated knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Police clearance within 3 months of issue
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative
