Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborator activities according to the operational needs of different campus spaces and facilities.
• Supervise and update the correct execution of standardized cleaning processes in common areas.
• Evaluate staff performance and behavior to ensure high-quality service for students and employees.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment among the team.
• Train and motivate personnel on cleaning routines, equipment handling, chemical safety, and customer service.
• Manage inventory and supply distribution to ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cleaning services.
• Experience in personnel management and supply administration.
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience following service requests and operational protocols.
