Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of production equipment tooling, including disassembly and reassembly of parts.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Safely mix, use, and dispose of cleaning agents and hazardous materials in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Visually inspect cleaned equipment to identify potential quality issues, damage, or residue.
• Maintain clean room standards through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of cleaning activities to support cGMP compliance and operational transparency.
• Monitor and replenish clean room inventory and coordinate order requests with supervisors.
• Partner with Validation and Quality Systems departments to execute documentation and reconcile logbooks.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality and/or providing support in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict instructions accurately.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and participate in professional conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial clean room.
• Previous experience in a quality-focused role within an industrial environment.
• Strong time management skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
