Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised cleaning and rectification services for government clients
• Perform high-quality cleaning tasks including window cleaning and hard floor restoration
• Operate specialised equipment such as scrubbers, sanders, and window ionisers
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in amenities blocks, offices, and schools
• Work safely at heights and follow all established safety protocols

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to punctuality and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours (before 8am or after 3pm, Monday to Friday)
• Valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to provide a NSW Police Clearance and a Working With Children Check
• Physical fitness to manage the demanding nature of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional cleaning or floor restoration
• Experience with resilient, ceramic tile, wood, or safety flooring
• Knowledge of safe practices for working from heights
