Cleaning/Porter Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute cleaning operations to maintain venue cleanliness post-show
• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations including restrooms and artist areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize various surfaces such as floors, sinks, and showers
• Restock essential supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizer
• Maintain guest and artist-facing areas by keeping them clear of debris and trash
• Perform occasional heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed
• Notify management of any facility deficiencies or necessary repairs
• Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked and maintained
• Follow all health and safety regulations and practice professional workplace etiquette

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a cleaner
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
• Reliable transportation (must be able to work until after public transit has ceased)
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
