Cleaning/Porter

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers
• Restock essential supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitizer
• Clean and buff mirrors and windows
• Keep all guest and artist-facing areas clear of debris and trash
• Perform occasional heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of any facility deficiencies or repair needs
• Ensure supply rooms and areas are fully stocked and maintained
• Follow all health and safety regulations and practice professional workplace etiquette

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs
• Reliable transportation (may be required to work after public transit has ceased)
• Availability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of teamwork
