About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze Cleaning equipment FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) data to identify the root causes of process defects
- Lead equipment improvement activities to enhance process stability and efficiency
- Drive localization of consumable parts for Cleaning equipment and identify alternative components
- Manage and execute Cleaning equipment improvement and modification projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor equipment or related processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the relocation and installation of Cleaning equipment
- Proven experience utilizing FDC (Fault Detection and Classification) data for process control
