Cleaning Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and organization of the SP HUB (bathrooms, common areas, meeting rooms, kitchen, and other spaces)
• Plan and prioritize cleaning routines autonomously based on environmental needs
• Maintain the arrangement of furniture, chairs, and general objects
• Assist in controlling cleaning product stock with weekly or bi-weekly inventory
• Identify and communicate maintenance or supplier issues to leadership
• Contribute to a culture of hospitality by supporting visitors and meeting needs
• Collaborate with the facilities team and other operational partners
• Provide constructive feedback on environmental improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or conservation services
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude and sense of hospitality
• Availability for afternoon shifts and occasional schedule flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or technology environments
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques (daily vs. deep cleaning)
