About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean all indoor facilities including classrooms, hangars, and offices
- Clean shared spaces and high touch points
- Remove dust and vacuum carpets, rugs, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Sanitize washrooms
- Remove and sort garbage and recycling
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning items
- Replenish paper supplies
- Perform work in compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable, training provided)
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Eligibility to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Clearance by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Detail oriented
