Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean Victoria ARC facilities and capital assets according to direction
• Maintain cleaning supplies and refill as necessary
• Assist with facility maintenance and laundry duties as needed
• Clean equipment after daily use to ensure proper maintenance
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a presentable environment for residents and staff

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and cooperate with others
• Six months of relevant cleaning experience is encouraged
• Must provide own safety work boots
• Must provide a copy of a negative T.B. skin test result
• Ability and willingness to undergo applicable background checks and screenings
• Must obtain Occupational First Aid and Infectious Disease Control training within six months of starting
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25lbs
