Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed "white glove" inspections of cleaned properties
• Identify and correct any missed cleaning items
• Perform touch-up cleaning including dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning
• Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas meet company quality standards
• Report maintenance issues or property damage promptly
• Complete inspection checklists accurately
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience
