Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Ensure entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, corridors, toilets, and reception are clean and well-maintained
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness to exceed guest expectations
• Follow resort cleaning processes and COSHH regulations
• Prioritize and organize workload efficiently within time frames
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Support the Housekeeping Management team and colleagues

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile
• Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• No formal experience required; training provided
