Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all areas including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal spaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas and wet mop hard floors to maintain spotless surfaces
• Empty waste receptacles, replace bin bags, and ensure correct waste disposal
• Replenish consumables such as hand wash, toilet rolls, and hand towels
• Follow COSHH guidelines and health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial building
• Understanding of health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations
• Ability to work independently while remaining a reliable team member
• Highly organised with the ability to follow cleaning schedules effectively
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
