Cleaner (Heavy Duty) - Overnights

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors, washrooms, and garbage bins
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, common areas, and entrances
• Replenish supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap
• Dust visible surfaces including phone booths, countertops, pillars, and vents
• Spot clean lobby floors and wash thoroughly as required
• Vacuum entrance mats in lobbies

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machines
• Clear criminal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Floor care experience including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors
