Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, periodic, and weekly deep cleaning of all villa areas including basements, floors, roofs, and ceilings
• Clean glass panels, windows, fixtures, and fittings to maintain high hygiene standards
• Maintain washrooms and replenish consumables such as soap and tissues
• Handle waste collection and segregation according to established standards
• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery including floor scrubbing machines and high-pressure jet washers
• Follow strict safety procedures regarding chemical handling, labeling, and the use of PPE
• Respond promptly to emergency or urgent cleaning requests while minimizing disruption to residents

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in professional cleaning services
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proven experience operating floor scrubbing machines and high-pressure jet washers
• Strong knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols (SDS)
• Experience with wet & dry vacuum machines and aluminum scaffolding
