Clean Room Operator Lead

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources aligned with daily production plans
• Oversee production plan adherence and operational output
• Provide constructive performance feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality
• Coordinate timely maintenance and repair of machinery
• Monitor operational KPIs to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity expectations
• Support a culture of continuous improvement within the production team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and/or apprenticeship in a suitable technical field
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience in production environments
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional specialist qualification or leadership certification
• Strong troubleshooting ability across technical and operational tasks
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
