Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by servicing and expanding both existing and new client relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality service and market insight
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, developing a robust and sustainable client network
- Gather, assess, and share market trends and intelligence to support clients and colleagues
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using proprietary systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CPP shipbroking
- Proven track record in client development and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of CPP markets and trading dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work effectively both as a team player and on own initiative
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Resilience and tenacity in high-pressure environments
