Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by servicing and expanding both existing and new client relationships
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality service and market insight
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, developing a robust and sustainable client network
• Gather, assess, and share market trends and intelligence to support clients and colleagues
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using proprietary systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CPP shipbroking
• Proven track record in client development and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of CPP markets and trading dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
