Clean Energy Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new renewable energy investment opportunities
• Build and maintain project financial models and pro formas
• Research market data, technologies, and policy dynamics
• Support project acquisition, negotiation, and closing activities
• Prepare proposals, term sheets, outreach emails, and investor presentations
• Report investment conclusions on value and risk to senior leadership

Requirements

• Proficiency with Excel
• Finance experience preferred
• Ability to learn complex tax, policy, and financial concepts
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work extended hours during key closings
