CLC Compounding Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and alignment with departmental objectives
• Plan, direct, and monitor production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, and associate engagement
• Manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize operational disruptions
• Lead quality investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
